Bajrang Punia Finally Expresses Himself After His Meet-Up With Home Affairs Minister Amit Shah

Bajrang Punia is one of the top wrestlers of our nation who and also one of those who are protesting nowadays. The wrestlers are protesting against the Wrestling Federation Of India (WFI) President Brij Bhushan Singh. They are demanding Brij Bhushan’s arrest from the government. Brij Bhushan is the MP from Bharatiya Janata Party.

Bajrang Punia had a meeting with Amit Shah on last Saturday. He had earlier clarified that the grapplers have no “setting” with Union Minister and the protest will continue further.

The wrestler told media that he and his fellow wrestlers were told by the government that they should not reveal anything about the meeting. But according to them, the information regarding the meeting was actually leaked by them only.

According to what the wrestler told media, Home Minister has stated that the investigation was still going on. The wrestler has however confirmed that they will not discontinue the protests simply on the basis of assurances. He further added that the wrestlers are unsatisfied with the response of the government as they (government) are not agreeing to their demands.

Firm resolve of the wrestlers

Wrestlers have decided to actually continue the protest till the time there is no real action by the government. Punia also recalled how the wrestlers had gone back in the month of January trusting the assurances but nothing real happened then as well. On top of everything they were declared liars by the government.

The wrestlers had gone back to their jobs to sign their leaves just for one day. Punia cleared the fact that the wrestlers are even ready to leave their jobs if it becomes a hindrance in their protest in any way. They are ready to go miles to get their demands fulfilled from the government.
