Punjab Lok Sabha polls

It was recently stated by AAP national convener Kejriwal that his party will run for all 13 Lok Sabha seats in Punjab and one in Chandigarh. In the next ten to fifteen days, he said, AAP candidates will be announced for each of these fourteen seats.

AAP is notably a member of the INDIA bloc, which also includes the Congress, RJD, SP, TMC, and other parties. In order to prevent the BJP administration led by Narendra Modi from taking office a third time, the INDIA alliance is trying to gain as many seats as possible in the next Lok Sabha elections.
