New Delhi, India – Amritpal Singh was seen in Delhi before fleeing to Nepal, according to intelligence agencies.

According to sources, he and his associate Papalpreet were housed at a rented flat in East Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar by a second-year Delhi University student.

A senior officer with the Delhi Police confirmed the report. The woman is now being questioned by intelligence agencies and the Punjab Police.

Yesterday, a CCTV video went viral on the microblogging site Twitter. The footage was discovered on March 21, three days after the Punjab Police launched a large raid on Amritpal Singh and his Waris Punjab De organization.
