The award acknowledges his outstanding leadership as CMD of Bharat Express News Network and his remarkable media contributions. It celebrates his steadfast devotion to ethical, impactful, public-spirited reporting.
The foundation establishes these honours to applaud transformative societal efforts. It celebrates CMD Upendrra Rai’s notable contributions to Urdu literature and Sher-o-Adab.
Prominent nationwide poets, authors, and literary figures will grace the occasion. The evening features a lively Kavi Sammelan and Mushaira.
The event takes place on 22 September 2026 at 5:00 PM onwards. Venue: India Islamic Cultural Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Entry remains free on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amaze Foundation Director Raghvendra Dwivedi and Hindi Meri Jaan Convenor Shahid Anjum extended the invitation.
Moien Shadab moderated the programme. Supporters include Indoace, Saleem Khan Foundation, Applause Adab, and Inarat Publication.
