A recent incident in Uttar Pradesh has once again brought attention to the alarming behaviour within educational institutions. In a shocking video that has since gone viral on social media, the principal of a pre-secondary school in Seegana village of Agra was caught on camera physically assaulting a teacher named Gunjan Choudhary, accusing her of arriving late.
The video depicts a disturbing scene where the principal not only engages in physical violence but also accuses the teacher of attempting to tear her clothes during the altercation. Amidst the chaos, the principal’s driver also becomes involved, briefly joining the altercation and behaving disrespectfully towards the teacher.
In the background, a voice can be heard expressing disapproval of the principal’s behaviour, highlighting the inappropriate nature of the incident for both the school environment and the professional conduct expected of educators. Sadly, the altercation escalates with both women resorting to vulgar language, further tarnishing the dignity of their positions.

The confrontation reaches a heated point, with both parties exchanging insults and threats. The teacher challenges the principal, daring her to act if she has the courage, while the principal asserts her authority in a manner unbecoming of her position.
Following the altercation, the principal went on to file a police complaint against the injured teacher, adding another layer of complexity to this troubling situation. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the need for professionalism and respect within educational institutions, both from educators and administrators alike.
