Amidst the excitement, the Prime Minister’s office shared an aerial video of the grand temple, captured from PM Modi’s chopper ahead of his arrival in the temple town.
PM Modi has undergone a series of rigorous 11-day religious rituals in anticipation of the consecration ceremony.
The streets and skyline of Ayodhya are now adorned with saffron flags, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the city.
The ‘Pran Prathistha’ ceremony, scheduled for today, is currently underway in Ayodhya in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.

According to a statement from his office, PM Modi will address the gathering on this momentous occasion. The ceremony will witness the participation of representatives from various spiritual and religious sects across the country, including those from diverse tribal communities.
Following the grand ceremony, PM Modi plans to engage with the labourers who contributed to the construction of the Ram Temple. Additionally, he will visit Kuber Tila, where the ancient temple of Lord Shiv has undergone restoration.
