Spiritual leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam strongly criticised the ongoing Iran-Israel conflict during the Bharat Express Mega Conclave 2026, marking the network’s third anniversary. He said the war reflects the ‘death of humanity’ and called for urgent global action to stop the violence.
Krishnam urged world leaders to introduce a proposal at the United Nations highlighting the humanitarian crisis caused by the conflict. He argued that wars never deliver lasting solutions and only deepen suffering among innocent civilians.
According to him, the international community must prioritise dialogue and diplomacy over military confrontation.
Jain spiritual leader Acharya Lokesh Muni also condemned the war and echoed the call for peace. He emphasised the Jain principle of ahimsa, or non-violence, as a universal path to resolve disputes.
Lokesh Muni stated that armed conflicts destroy societies and weaken human values.
Both religious leaders stressed that global powers should adopt peaceful negotiations to end the crisis. They said humanity must reject violence and promote harmony among nations.
The Bharat Express Mega Conclave provided a platform to discuss global issues alongside national concerns.
The remarks by the two spiritual figures highlighted the moral responsibility of leaders to protect human life and restore peace.
