The Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) “Rozgar Do, Samajik Nyay Do” padayatra drew massive crowds on its seventh day as it moved from Sultanpur towards Amethi.
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh led the march, with supporters carrying yellow caps, party flags, and portraits of Dr B R Ambedkar.
Participants raised their voices on issues of employment, education, health, and social justice.
AAP’s social media updates showed thousands joining the march. Women, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities filled the streets. Many shouted slogans throughout the route.
Crowd Momentum Builds Across Districts
Organisers said the march is resonating across communities and gaining strong local support.
Sanjay Singh addressed the gathering and urged people to continue the movement with determination.
He said, “This is the seventh day of our journey. We must keep going without tiring and without fear. We must raise our voices against oppression.”
He encouraged supporters to stay committed until justice is delivered.
The march on Tuesday began from Maa Bhagwati Lawn in Sultanpur. The group halted at Raghav Dhaba in Narayanpur for a brief break and then resumed the journey.
The team planned its overnight halt at Shyam Vatika in Trisundi, Amethi, as part of the day’s schedule.
AAP aims to continue the padayatra until November 24. The party intends to highlight unemployment, poor access to education and healthcare, and rising social inequality.
Leaders say the march aims to highlight long-standing systemic issues that affect ordinary citizens.
India Today noted that the campaign focuses heavily on backward, Dalit, and marginalised communities.
Visuals shared by Sanjay Singh showed diverse participation. People from underprivileged backgrounds joined the march in large numbers.
Volunteers were seen helping differently-abled participants, reinforcing the inclusive spirit of the movement.

AAP has also opened an entry route for new supporters. Citizens can give a missed call on 75000-40004 to join the campaign.
The party says this system ensures wider public participation as the march advances through various districts.
With the padayatra gaining momentum, AAP leaders describe it as a collective push for justice and opportunity.
They stress that the movement goes beyond political messaging and reflects a deeper public demand for fairness and accountability.
