With the help of exit polls conducted by India Today-Axis My India, the results of the second round of voting for the Gujarat Assembly election will be projected on Monday night for Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.
The outcomes of the elections for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) will also be projected.
The results of the exit polls will paint a picture of who would most likely form the government in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh as well as who will be declared the victor of the MCD election.
On Monday, 93 seats spread across 14 districts will be up for election in the second round of the Gujarat Assembly elections. There are up to 833 people running, and Gujarat will see a three-way race between the BJP, AAP, and Congress.

On Sunday, December 4, voting for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) was held in the capital. A total of 1.45 crore individuals had the option to vote for one of 1,349 candidates. The state Election Commission reports that 50% of eligible voters participated in the election. Compared to the previous two elections, fewer people cast ballots.
On 7TH December, the votes for 250 MCD council members will be counted.
The BJP won 99 of the 182 Assembly seats in Gujarat in the 2017 elections. 77 seats had been won by the Congress. The BJP appointed Vijay Rupani as chief minister following the elections. Then, in 2021, Bhupendra Patel took over for Rupani.
In contrast, the BJP secured 44 of the 68 seats in the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 2017. Congress, however, had won 21 seats. The state’s chief minister is now Jairam Thakur.
