7th International Conference on Advances in Bioscience and Biotechnology organized at JIIT campus
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream is to make India self-reliant by developing it in every field. So that along with strengthening the country’s economy, employment opportunities can be created and the youth, farmers, women and entrepreneurs of the country can be empowered. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, one of the best institutes of Delhi NCR, is engaged in realizing this dream of PM Modi. In this big campaign to take education to new heights, JIIT Noida has been approved by the Biotechnology Department of the Ministry of Science, Government of India. To realize this vision, the 7th International Conference on Advances in Bioscience and Biotechnology is being organized from today (January 31) at Jaypee Institute of Information and Technology i.e. JIIT campus located in Sector 62, Noida. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Rajesh Sudhir Gokhale, Secretary of Biotechnology Department, Ministry of Science and will continue till 2 February. It is believed that biotechnology is an important link to boost the country’s economy. Therefore, the faster this sector develops, the faster the economy will also grow.
Different sessions in the program
There will be different sessions on the first day of the 7th International Conference on Advances in Bioscience and Biotechnology program. In which experts in this field will present their opinions. During this, in the first session, Dr. Neerja Hajela (Head of Science and Regulatory Affairs at Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd.), Professor Michael Sagner, (MD, Director of the Board, European Society of Preventive Medicine, King’s College London), Professor Michael Danquah (Department of Civil and Chemical Engineering, University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, US) shared his views during the session.
On the second day of the program i.e. on 1st February from 10 am to 11 am, Dr. K Kannan (Chief Development Officer, Wells Therapeutics Inc., Boston, USA, (Industry)), Yati Gupta (CEO, Fabiosis, Innovation) besides these. Dr. Arokiasamy Arulandu, (Group Leader, Membrane Protein Biology, ICGEB, New Delhi) and Dr. Apoorva Kumar Sao (National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi) will present their views during the session. After this, on the third day of the program i.e. on 2nd February, Dr. Kar Mutthumani (Chief Scientific Officer, Genevan, Life Sciences, USA) will share his experiences during the technical session.

The objective of the International Conference on Advances in Bioscience and Biotechnology program is to provide information about the new research and new technologies going on in the country and the world as well as the possibilities.
