Chairman, MD and Editor in Chief of Bharat Express News Network Upendra Rai attended the closing ceremony of the 69th National Convention organized by ABVP at DDA Ground in Burari, Delhi. During this, he was honored by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. On the occasion of the conclusion of the convention, Professor Yashwantrao Kelkar Yuva Puraskar given by ABVP was given this year to Sharad Vivek Sagar of Bihar, Lahari Bai Padiya of Madhya Pradesh and Dr. Vaibhav Bhandari of Rajasthan.
The national convention program of ABVP started on 8 December. Different sessions have been organized so far in this 4-day program. The program was inaugurated by Home Minister Amit Shah. After that, all the eminent personalities of the country presented their views in front of the youth as speakers. After the inauguration program, Chairman Upendra Rai paid a courtesy call on Home Minister Amit Shah.

Every year in the national convention, ABVP honors those youth who do good work in fields like education, society, environment, science. For this, some youth are selected before the program and they are honored with Professor Yashwantrao Kelkar Youth Award. The winner of the awars is also given a prize of Rs 1 lakh, certificate and memento. This year, Sharad Vivek Sagar of Bihar, Lahari Bai Padiya of Madhya Pradesh and Dr. Vaibhav Bhandari of Rajasthan will be honored.
