Tiger 3: Michelle Lee, Katrina Kaif’s partner in the towel fight sequence, discusses the difficulties of filming it

Actor Michelle Lee, who specializes in filming battle scenes, has worked alongside Tom Hardy in Venom, Brad Pitt in Bullet Train, Scarlett Johannson in Black Widow, and Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean. She has now been cast in the action film Tiger 3, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. She brought to life the Turkish hamam towel fight scene in Katrina, which went viral when the teaser was unveiled earlier this month.

Michelle isn’t shocked that one of the most talked-about scenes from the trailer is the towel fight set-piece. She reveals that before they shot the sequence, Katrina had practiced for more than two weeks.

She remarks, “I’m not shocked. I found the process of filming it to be quite epic. After a few weeks of learning and practicing the battle, we shot it. The fight was a lot of fun to do, and the stage design was stunning. Being a part of an international motion picture was amazing.

Michelle is gushing about Katrina Kaif, saying that her commitment to honing action scenes has exceeded her expectations. “Katrina was as graceful and professional as can be,” the speaker remarks. She put a lot of effort into making sure that every action flowed and was exact. It was quite simple to work with her because it was obvious that she had choreography experience. We became quite sweaty!

According to Michelle, the most difficult part of this sequence was controlling the towels that were wrapped around their bodies. “The wardrobe was definitely one of the main challenges,” she admits. It was difficult to keep our towels where they belonged because there was so much movement and fighting choreography. It really helped that we were able to sew the towels shut at a few places.

“Hitting each other at the ideal distance so that it looks close enough to be strong and dangerous but far enough to not actually hurt each other,” she continues, “was another challenge. “How would you feel if I did end up with her? I mean, I’m a pro, lol. Everything proceeded without a hitch, so all we had to do was look good for the camera.
