Her endorsement has added significant momentum to the film’s promotional campaign.
The trailer opens with a striking narration by Bandi Saroj Kumar, who plays a police officer. His fable about a king’s seven sons leads into the introduction of Mowgli, played by Roshan Kanakala.
Through his friend Bunty, the audience learns that people affectionately call him Kittu, but everyone else knows him as Mowgli—a young man who lives in and understands the forest with remarkable ease.
The story takes a dramatic turn when a film crew arrives in the jungle to shoot a project.
Among them is Jasmine, played by debutante Sakshi Sagar Mhadolkar, who appears as a background dancer.
Mowgli develops a tender affection for her, and the trailer reveals that Jasmine is speech and hearing impaired, adding emotional depth to their connection.
Conflict and Rising Tension
As the trailer progresses, a disturbing character expresses malicious interest in Jasmine, setting up a dangerous situation.
Mowgli responds with fierce conviction, declaring that their land does not resort to symbolic protests but takes direct action when faced with injustice.
Tensions escalate further when the area’s Sub Inspector is transferred and replaced by a ruthless officer portrayed by Bandi Saroj Kumar.
This new officer’s dominating nature and possessiveness clash sharply with Mowgli’s moral courage, creating the foundation for the central conflict of the film.
Glimpses from the trailer show Mowgli enduring immense hardship to prove his innocence, battling both fate and authority.
The film appears to explore a clash of ideologies—courage rooted in nature versus power rooted in control.
Mowgli 2025 has already generated strong expectations. Sources further revealed that the team recently completed a 15-day action-packed schedule in Maredumilli, where intense climax scenes were filmed.
Lead actor Roshan Kanakala reportedly performed his own stunts, adding authenticity to the action sequences.
Roshan Kanakala, known for his acclaimed debut in Bubble Gum, plays a demanding and physically challenging role in this film.
Sandeep Raj, celebrated for Colour Photo, directs the film, and producers TG Vishwa Prasad and Kriti Prasad back it under the People Media Factory banner.
With music by Kala Bhairava, cinematography by Rama Maruthi M, and action choreography by Nataraj Madigonda, Mowgli 2025 promises a visually rich and emotionally engaging cinematic experience.
