Project K will launch at San Diego Comic-Con
The sci-fi fantasy movie, which is Prabhas and Deepika Padukone’s first on-screen pairing, is scheduled to make its official debut on Wednesday, July 19, at the famed San Diego Comic-Con convention. This is a huge victory for the Nag Ashwin-directed movie, as it makes history by becoming the first Indian movie to have its official premiere at Comic-Con. Variety’s most recent rumors claim that Team Undertaking K will give the public a sneak peek at their big undertaking to kick off the SDCC celebrations.
Official statement on Project K
According to Variety’s reporting, the Project K team will host a panel titled ‘This is Project K: First Glimpse of India’s Mytho-Sci-Fi Epic, during which the official title, teaser, and release date of the movie will be announced.” The project’s primary adversary, played by legendary actor Kamal Haasan, will be discussed during the panel with Deepika Padukone and Prabhas.

The group will also take part in a performance on the biggest stage at Comic-Con. The production company, Vyjayanthi Movies, recently posted on social media to confirm the rumors. Disha Patani, an actress who plays a pivotal role in Project K, and iconic Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan may decide not to attend the eagerly anticipated event.
About Project K
Production on the much-awaited film, which is Prabhas’s debut endeavor with filmmaker Nag Ashwin, has been ongoing for more than a year. The movie, which apparently centers around a futuristic concept based on Hindu mythology, marks Deepika Padukone’s Telugu film debut. In Project K, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani play the other key roles. The lyrics and original score were written by Santhosh Narayanan. After the movie’s formal release, the remaining members of the lead cast and the technical team are anticipated to be revealed.
