Police in Las Vegas said on Thursday that Cardi B would not be prosecuted for throwing her microphone at a spectator during an incident.

A social media video captures the “Money” singer flinching when someone nearby splashes a cup’s contents in her direction.

Cardi B can be seen in the clips pausing momentarily before throwing the microphone back in the same way.
However, several online videos seem to depict Mike making contact with a different audience member.

What did the Police say?

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced on Monday that they had started an investigation after receiving an allegation of battery from a woman.
However, they announced the investigation had been abandoned on Thursday.

The statement read, “This case has been closed as having insufficient evidence after a thorough review of this case and consultation from the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.”
“No charges will be brought in this case,” it states.

Meanwhile, by Thursday afternoon, the listed price for a microphone that was allegedly at the center of the incident on the auction site eBay had risen to $99,900.

According to TMZ, the seller, Scott Fisher, is employed by a business that delivers audio equipment to Las Vegas clubs.

According to Fisher, who was quoted by the entertainment publication, the Wounded Warrior Project and Friendship Circle Las Vegas, which support teenagers and young people with special needs, would each receive a portion of the revenues from the sale, which concludes on Tuesday?

The mic-hurl incident was the most recent instance in which audience members threw objects at performers.

Bebe Rexha was hospitalized in June when a man hurled a phone at her while she was performing in New York.

In the same month, as Pink was performing in London, a fan tossed a bag that appeared to contain their mother’s ashes onto the stage.
And after someone hurled a chicken nugget in his direction during a concert in New York City last year, Harry Styles politely stopped the performance.

After a fan reportedly suffered injuries in Australia, Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose promised in December to refrain from hurling his microphone into the crowd at the conclusion of a performance.
