Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif and Actor Vicky Kaushal announced on Tuesday that they are expecting their first child, ending weeks of speculation about the actress’s pregnancy.
The couple share the news through a joint Instagram post featuring a Polaroid photograph, in which they gently hold Katrina’s baby bump, signalling a new phase in their lives.
In the caption accompanying the post, they write, “On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude,” prompting an outpouring of congratulatory messages from their industry peers.

The couple, who married in 2021 at the Six Senses Fort Barwara Hotel in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, have remained discreet about their private life.
Rumours of Katrina’s pregnancy have circulated in recent months, but the pair have refrained from addressing them until now.
Their Journey Together
Katrina and Vicky first deepen their bond at a party hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar after an award show appearance in which Vicky playfully proposes to her on stage.
Since their wedding, they have often been seen together at film events, but they keep their personal life largely out of the public eye.
