Kangana referred to the offenders as a “gang” and said that their movie could not even match Manikarnika’s single-day earnings of 18 crores. The actress appears to be making a reference to the recently released movie Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, which stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt and made roughly Rs 16.05 crores at the Indian box office. She requested that they take action against the group Changu Mangu by tagging the official Instagram account of Cyber Crime Mumbai.
