Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal quits Taarak Mehta
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah entertainer Jennifer Mistry, who has been assuming the part of Mrs. Roshan Sodhi throughout the previous 15 years, has stopped the show. She left the show along with Shailesh Lodha, Disha Vakani, and Gurucharan Singh, all of whom were prominent cast members. Jennifer, on the other hand, quit the show after claiming that TMKOC producer Asit Modi abused her sexually. Mistry has accused Modi, Project Head Sohail Ramani, and Executive Producer Jatin Bajaj of sexual misconduct in the workplace.

Shailesh Lodha, who played Mr. Mehta on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, previously filed a case against Asit Modi for non-payment of dues, and a new complaint has been filed against the producers. Additionally, according to the report, Jennifer stopped shooting for the show two months ago and took her last shot on March 7.
Jennifer Mistry responded, “Yes, I’ve left the show.” It is appropriate that I recorded my final Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah episode on March 6 of this year. I was humiliated and insulted by Mr. Sohil Ramani and the other executive producer, Jatin Bajaj, and had to leave the sets.”
She added, “It was Walk 7, my marriage commemoration, and Holi when the episode occurred. Since my daughter is really looking forward to Holi, I had already let her know that I wanted a half day. I was approached to get off the sets multiple times by Sohail Ramani, and the chief maker attempted to stop my vehicle by remaining behind it and not permitting me to leave the sets. They told me that I had worked on the show for 15 years and that they couldn’t stop me, and Sohil threatened me as I left. I have accused Asit Kumar Modi, Sohail Ramani, and Jatin Bajaj of sexual harassment.
