Metro…in dino..
Director Anurag Basu added, “Metro…in dino” is a tale of the people and for the people! It has been a while I am working on this one and I am glad to be collaborating with a powerhouse like Bhushan Kumar yet again who has always been like a pillar to me! The storyline is very fresh and relevant and I look forward to collaborating with amazing artists who bring that essence of contemporary aura with them. As the music plays a very important role in any film, I couldn’t be happier to be collaborating with my dear friend Pritam who has added life to the characters and story with his work.”
Anurag Basu’s 2007 film in a similar format ‘Life in a Metro’ was an absolute delight with many stories and lives coming to life and being intertwined in very interesting ways. Plus the music was like a character in the film and helped push the many story lines forward while also acting as a connecting agent.
What new magical human facets ‘Metro…in Dino’ will bring to the audience is something the audience will eagerly look forward to.
