In February, producer Ashwini Dutt said in an interview that Project K would be “about the modern-day avatar of Vishnu.” Dutt had likewise added, “This will be an illustrated and weighty film. It’s been five months since we initiated work on the illustrations, and it’ll happen through the course of the year. So far, we’ve finished about 70% of the shoot.”
