Bullet-Proof Glass, CCTV, Modern Security System Installed At Salman Khan’s House After Birthday Celebrations

Salman Khan's House

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has intensified his security measures following threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. On Tuesday, new bullet-proof glass was installed in the balcony of his residence, Galaxy Apartments, in Bandstand, Mumbai. The upgrades include advanced CCTV cameras and a modern security system to monitor the surroundings.

The actor resides in a modest 1 BHK flat on the ground floor of Galaxy Apartments, while his parents live on the first floor. These measures follow the actor’s recent birthday celebrations and are part of efforts to ensure his safety.

In April 2023, two men on a bike fired shots at Salman Khan’s residence, reportedly targeting the actor and his family. Salman believes Lawrence Bishnoi orchestrated the attack, intending to harm him. Even his father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, received threats from alleged members of Bishnoi’s gang.

Earlier in October 2024, Salman’s close friend Baba Siddique was assassinated near his Bandra office by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Siddique, known for his lavish Iftar parties, was a prominent figure in Bollywood and played a key role in mending the rift between Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in 2013.

Following Siddique’s death, Salman has limited public appearances, maintaining a low profile amidst heightened security concerns.

Upcoming Film And Professional Updates

On the work front, Salman Khan will return to the big screen in the movie Sikandar, directed by A.R. Murugadoss of Ghajini fame. The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. This marks Salman’s comeback after more than a year since his last film, Tiger 3.

The superstar’s fans eagerly await Sikandar, as Salman balances his career with increased security measures in light of recent threats.
