YJHD – A piece of my heart and soul: Ayan
Ayan wrote a poignant statement on Wednesday, thanking fans for their love and support for his film. He even admitted in his note that he hasn’t seen the complete film yet. “YJHD – My second child, a piece of my heart and soul – 10 years old today!” After all these years, I believe I can confidently declare…Making this film was one of the biggest joys of my life! And what we accomplished with it, is a source of enormous eternal pride for me! Strangely, I don’t think I’ve ever viewed Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani from beginning to end since the day it was released…(Always looking ahead, never looking back) But when I’m older and wiser, I think I’ll watch the movie at least once a year because it captures a huge part of who I was and how I saw life! People have frequently recognized me and approached me in recent months… I was expecting them to mention something about Brahmastra, but instead, they started talking about YJHD!”
