Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff have started shooting for their upcoming action-entertainer film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’. Sharing his excitement about the mahurat shot, producer Vashu Bhagnani posted the pictures on Instagram and captioned it -“After 25 years, we are all set to return with our most successful franchise ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’. ”

“It was special then and it is even more special now as two extraordinary superstars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff star in the film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. We together recreate a new avatar of BMCM! Need your blessings and best wishes, as soon as we start shooting!” The flick, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar will screen actor Prithviraj Sukumaran who is playing the antagonist. Producer Jackky Bhagnani shared pictures from the Mahurat.
The Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai was buzzing with excitement as the Mahurat of the much-anticipated Bollywood film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan took place here on January 21, 2023, at 4.10 pm. The event was attended by many Bollywood stars, including Ritesh Deshmukh, Ronit Roy, Sajid Khan, Satish Kaushik, along with the film’s cast and crew.
The film’s cast
Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in the main roles, along with Alaya Furniturewala, Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran as the villain, and Manushi Chillar, winner of the Miss World 2017 pageant, are going to be the key attractions in the movie.
Many well-known producers and directors attended the event, including Indra Kumar, Ratan Jain, Ramesh and Kumar Taurani, director duo Abbas-Mastan, Anees Bazmee, Ganesh Jain, and Manmohan Shetty of Adlabs.
The forthcoming film is bankrolled by Vashu Bhagnani and Pooja Entertainment in association with AAZ film.
Pooja Entertainment (Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Bhagnani, and Jackky Bhagnani) and AAZ Films (Ali Abbas Zafar) are producing the movie, which is set to be released during Christmas this year. The film will be shot in a variety of locations, including the United Kingdom and Abu Dhabi.
Significantly, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is not a remake of David Dhawan’s 1998 superhit comedy film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda.
The Mahurat of the film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan at Yash Raj Studios was a memorable occasion. The movie’s anticipation is already high, and the star-studded cast and crew will undoubtedly make it a success. We can’t wait until Christmas 2023 to see it!
