Celebrating the success of Dhurandhar, director Aditya Dhar has indicated that the sequel is officially underway. Triggered by Hrithik Roshan’s second post praising the film, the announcement reflects the positive response the project has received from within the industry.
Responding warmly to Hrithik’s remarks, Dhar expressed his appreciation and assured audiences that the team would work hard to meet the high expectations set by the film.
Earlier this week, Hrithik Roshan shared his initial thoughts on Dhurandhar through Instagram. Describing the film as immersive and thought-provoking, he praised its bold narrative approach and cinematic execution.
While acknowledging his differing views on certain political themes, Hrithik highlighted his respect for the filmmaking craft. He singled out Akshaye Khanna’s performance, admired Ranveer Singh’s transformation, applauded R. Madhavan’s composure and praised Rakesh Bedi’s impactful role.
Later, Hrithik revisited the film on X, admitting that Dhurandhar continued to stay with him. Reiterating his admiration for Aditya Dhar’s direction, he once again commended the cast and expressed enthusiasm for the forthcoming sequel.
