Nepal Banned Screening Of Hindi Films Due To Adipurush Controversy
Adipurush has joined the $300 million club globally despite receiving criticism. According to a statement from the movie’s team, Adipurush has so far earned 340 crores in box office revenue worldwide. Om Raut is the director of Adipurush, a reworking of the mythological epic Ramayana.

The film was released in theatres last week in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil. On Instagram on Monday, actress Kriti Sanon shared a poster for the film. It read, “Worldwide three-day box-office gross 340 crores (gross box office collection) global box office Adipurush.” Sharing the update, Kriti wrote, “Jai Shri Ram (Hail Lord Ram) #Adipurush.”

Indian Box Office Collection of Om Raut’s film
On Monday, Sacnilk.com reported that early estimates indicated that the Hindi version of Adipurush brought in 38.5 crores. According to the estimate, the total three-day collections across all languages were about 216 crores, with a total of 64 crores on day three.
