Actress Triptii Dimri, known for her dramatic roles in films like ‘Poster Boyz’ and ‘Laila Majnu’, has expressed her desire to diversify her roles and challenge herself as an actor. Speaking at a press conference in New Delhi, Triptii admitted that she has always found comedy to be a difficult genre, but is eager to explore it further.

“I’ve done a lot of drama films, but as an actor, it’s important to keep doing different things and challenging yourself,” Triptii said.
“Comedy has been difficult for me since the beginning, but I’m grateful to director Anand Tiwari for trusting me with ‘Bad Newz’.”
Triptii praised her co-stars Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk for their excellent comic timing and acknowledged that working with them was a learning experience. She expressed her desire to explore various roles, including action, drama, comedy, and more.
‘Bad Newz’, a spiritual sequel to ‘Good Newwz’ (2019), tells the story of Saloni Bagga, who becomes pregnant with twins fathered by two different men. Triptii’s willingness to step out of her comfort zone and take on a comedic role has generated buzz around the upcoming film.
