TwinCafe Appoints Amit Dubey As Cybersecurity Advisor; Plans AI-Powered Expert Guidance

TwinCafe, an AI-powered Digital Twin platform developed by Viven AI, has appointed national security expert and author Amit Dubey as its Mentor and Cybersecurity Advisor.

Announced in New Delhi on October 13, 2026, the appointment reinforces the platform’s commitment to digital trust and online safety as it expands across India.

Bestselling author Chetan Bhagat recently joined TwinCafe as Chief Creative Officer and co-investor, signalling its growing appeal across industries.

India, however, faces mounting cyber threats.

The World Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report 2026 identifies cyber insecurity as the country’s leading national risk.

CERT-In recorded over 29.44 lakh cyber incidents in 2025, with a 30% increase projected for 2026.

The Thales 2026 Data Threat Report found that 65% of Indian organisations had experienced deepfake attacks.

Dubey will, however, advise TwinCafe on security architecture and launch his Digital Twin to make expert cybersecurity guidance more accessible.

“I have spent years trying to reach as many people as possible through training, television, radio and writing,” he further said.

Dubey added that his Digital Twin would help students, entrepreneurs, professionals and senior citizens access reliable advice rooted in his investigative experience. He emphasised that trust remains central to TwinCafe’s mission.

Founder and CEO Ashutosh Garg said secure digital twins and conversations were essential to building public confidence.

Founding team member Tarun Singhal highlighted the platform’s potential to provide expert guidance whenever users need it.

Managing Director Sandesh Goel said the partnership would help AI extend human expertise without losing its personal touch.

Dubey leads MakersLab’s innovation team and researches AI and quantum computing. A Chevening Fellow and Cranfield University alumnus, he has trained over 900,000 police officers, judges and bureaucrats and advised government agencies and parliamentary committees. He has authored six books and received the Golden Peacock and Aegis Graham Bell awards in 2015.

Formerly AskSila, TwinCafe enables users to create AI versions reflecting their knowledge, voice, personality and expertise.

Viven AI has secured US$35 million in seed funding from Khosla Ventures and Foundation Capital.
