The notable business tycoon came from humble beginnings born in Chorwad, Junagadh district, Gujarat, on December 28, 1932.
His parents were simple folks.His father, Hirachand Gordhanbhai Ambani, was a rural school teacher, and his mother Jamnaben Ambani, was a homemaker.
Dhirubhai Ambani, was always a quick thinker with grand dreams. Even while he was studying he was working part-time and making a decent first wage being Rs.300 according to Aajtak.
