Ashish Bhutani, the CEO of Bhutani Infra, shared with Moneycontrol that the projected investment for this grand endeavour is expected to hover around Rs 600 crore. Prospective homebuyers can anticipate apartment prices to commence at approximately Rs 12 crore. The scale and extravagance of this project are unprecedented in Noida’s real estate landscape.

According to Ashish Bhutani, the complex will exude opulence and boast generously sized apartments. A mere 60 residences will be available, starting from a spacious 5,000 square feet. The official launch of this pioneering initiative is anticipated to take place by year’s end. However, it’s important to note that the final pricing may vary based on factors like the apartment’s size and floor level.

Strategically located near the Logix City Centre Mall, this project is designed to stand out with a towering 30-story structure. The first four floors will house an upscale mall, while the remaining floors will be designated for residential use. Bhutani emphasized that the housing complex and the mall will feature separate entrances and exits. The estimated timeline for the project’s completion is set at approximately 42 months from the commencement of construction.

Bhutani Infra, originally known as Parmesh Complexes when it began its operations in 1996 in Delhi’s Karkardooma area, has an impressive track record of nearly 14 successful projects. Notable recent offerings include the I-Thum IT Park in Sector 62, Noida, and Alphathum, a business park in Sector 90. Bhutani Infra is currently focused on the development of two commercial projects: Bhutani Cyberthum and Avenue 62 in Noida. Bhutani Cyberthum is expected to be delivered by June 2024.
