Adani University has concluded its three-week Induction Programme 2026 for students joining its Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) and Integrated Programmes.
Held from July 13 to July 31, the initiative helped students transition from school to university by combining academic preparation, industry interaction and campus engagement.
The induction programme was conducted in three phases, beginning with an online bridge course in Mathematics, Physics and Communication Skills, followed by expert-led sessions on artificial intelligence, renewable energy, engineering innovation, research and emerging technologies.
Academicians and industry experts from institutions including IIT Bombay, IIT Indore, NIT Rourkela, Pandit Deendayal Energy University and PSE2 Consulting, UK delivered the lectures.
During the on-campus phase, students interacted with senior industry leaders, including Arun Bansal, CEO of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, Jigish Doshi, Chairman of Vishakha Group, and Ajay Kumar Tomar, Joint President and Group Head, Cadre Excellence and Leadership Development at the Adani Group.
The sessions focused on leadership, innovation, resilience and lifelong learning.
Mentoring sessions, team-building activities and interactions with the university leadership also formed part of the programme.
The orientation introduced students to the academic systems, research ecosystem, examinations, digital learning platforms, competency development initiatives and student support services.
Orientation sessions also covered anti-ragging measures, the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy and the responsible use of social media.
According to the university, the programme aimed to lay a strong foundation for students by equipping them with the knowledge, skills and values required for their academic journey and future careers.
