Leading business conglomerate Adani Group announced on Friday that it has been featured in TIME magazine’s prestigious ‘World’s Best Companies of 2024’ list. The rankings, prepared in collaboration with Statista, highlight top-performing companies globally. Adani Group stood out with eight of its eleven listed portfolio companies making the list, showcasing the group’s overall performance.
The recognized companies include Adani Enterprises Ltd, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd, Adani Green Energy Ltd, Adani Energy Solutions Ltd, Adani Total Gas Ltd, Ambuja Cements, Adani Power Ltd, and Adani Wilmar Ltd. The other three listed companies are subsidiaries of these eight. This recognition underscores the group’s achievements in employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability.

According to the Adani Group, this accolade underscores its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. “This is further validation of our hard work and efforts to push boundaries across businesses,” said the company in a statement. The ‘World’s Best Companies 2024’ list evaluates firms based on a rigorous analysis of employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability (ESG).
The Adani Group, India’s largest and fastest-growing conglomerate, operates in diverse sectors including energy, transport, logistics, natural resources, and consumer goods. The group’s financial performance reflects its growth, with a 50.1 percent increase in net profit to Rs 10,279 crore and a 32.9 percent rise in EBITDA to Rs 22,570 crore for the first quarter of the fiscal year.
