Q3 FY26: Adani Energy Solutions Sees 30% Rise In PAT; Robust Growth Across Segments

The Adani Group has witnessed a significant resurgence in institutional investor confidence, with its flagship company, Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), attracting bids worth nearly ₹38,000 crore for its qualified institutional placement (QIP).

Strong demand prompted the company to increase the issue size from ₹10,000 crore to ₹15,000 crore, taking the total equity capital raised by AEL over the past year to around ₹40,000 crore, including its earlier ₹25,000 crore rights issue.

The QIP attracted leading global investors, including Capital Group, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Blackstone and Nomura, alongside major Indian mutual funds.

Strong demand saw the issue fully subscribed before opening, prompting Adani Enterprises to increase its size to ₹15,000 crore.

The successful fundraising underscores renewed investor confidence in the Adani Group.

Strong participation came despite ongoing legal developments involving Chairman Gautam Adani in the United States.

Market participants indicated that investors remained focused on the group’s operating performance, capital allocation strategy and long-term growth prospects.

Adani Enterprises continues to expand across airports, artificial intelligence and data centres, renewable energy equipment manufacturing, roads, PVC, metals and mining.

Ahead of the QIP, the company also announced an $11.5 billion investment partnership with IHC to establish India’s largest aluminium manufacturing project, representing the biggest foreign direct investment announced in the country’s metals and mining sector.
