The West Bengal government has challenged the Calcutta High Court's order for CBI investigation in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will hear this case on April 29.

The petition demands re-polling in those areas where maximum votes were cast on NOTA. This petition was filed by Shivkheda.

During the hearing today, ED asked for more time in the court to file its reply.
