China’s military expansion in the South China Sea and the East China Sea has become a major concern for everyone.

PM Modi held meetings with business leaders of top Australian companies in Sydney on Tuesday, During the meetings, he called for enhancing cooperation with the Indian industry in areas such as technology, skilling, and clean energy.

Amid the global food crisis, India has emerged as the friend in need of a number of food-insecure countries fulfilling its notion of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. In the past decades, India has transformed from requiring assistance to providing aid to several countries.

Members of the initiative have also promised to strengthen ties with the Pacific Islands Forum and promote regionalism in the Pacific.

The foreign delegates attended the meetings and sessions that were organised in the last two days were focused on tourism and other developments between the G20 countries.

The meeting started amid the high security across Kashmir to prevent any incidents.

During his visit to Papua New Guinea, PM Modi co-chaired the 3rd India-Pacific Islands Cooperation (FIPIC) Summit with the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea, James Marape on Monday, Vinay Kwatra said.
