Kangana Ranaut has taken issue with singer Shubh for what she claims is praise of the killers of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Shubh “glorified Indira Gandhi’s killers in London by wearing a hoodie with a picture and date of her assassination on the map of Punjab,” the Tejas actress responded to a post on Tuesday. Shubh’s actions were denounced by Kangana, who described it as a “shameful act of cowardice.”

“Celebrating the elderly woman’s cowardly murder by those she designated as her rescuers. Kangana said that when someone trusts you to protect them but you abuse that trust and faith by killing the people you were supposed to be protecting with the same weapons, that is a shameful act of cowardice rather than bravery. “There is nothing to celebrate here, Shubham ji. One should be embarrassed by such a brutal attack on an elderly woman who was defenseless and ignorant—a woman who was the chosen head of a democracy. “Shame!” exclaimed the actress.

It’s interesting to note that Kangana is simultaneously preparing for her next film, Emergency. Kangana is slated to play Indira Gandhi in the movie. In addition to starring in the film, the actress also serves as its director.

In the meantime, Shubh’s scandalous deeds frequently make news in India. Shubh was supposed to play in Mumbai from September 23 to September 25 as part of the Cruise Control 4.0 event, which was hosted on the Cordelia Cruise earlier this year.
