On October 23, Mumbai witnessed a fervent celebration of Maha Navami by Bollywood celebs. Stars in gorgeous and sophisticated traditional attire, including Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Jaya Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Katrina Kaif, Kajol, and her son Yug, visited a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai. The paparazzi posted images and videos from the Pujo celebrations on social media. Katrina Kaif wore a beautiful yellow cotton and tissue silk saree with golden patti borders when she came to the Maha Navami Pujo celebrations. Using a half-sleeved shirt with a plunging neck, gold kadhas, jhumkis, kohl-lined eyes, a subdued nude pink lip shade, radiant skin, flushed cheeks, and center-parted open locks, she accessorized the six yards. Rani, in the meantime, was dressed in a deep V-necked brocade silk blouse with a beige and powder blue cotton-silk saree. The traditional style was glammed up with a layered necklace, bracelets, a sleek hairdo embellished with gajra, bold, smokey, winged eyeliner, sindoor, bindi, flushed cheeks, and darker brows.

Jackie Shroff and Kajol also showed up to the festivities dressed in ethnic attire. Jackie looked stunning in a bright yellow bandhgala jacket, white kurta, and matching churidar pants, while Kajol looked stunning in a beige silk saree with golden patti borders and sequins. With a lavishly embroidered backless top, a red bindi, a sleek bun studded with gajra, jhumkis, red bangles, a potli bag, a pink lip tint, winged eyeliner, and a dewy flushed base, Kajol accessorized her six yards.

Sonam Kapoor embraced the sindoori red shade for Durga Puja celebrations in a gorgeous Sabyasachi anarkali set decked in intricate gold diamonds and embroidery. She wore the suit with a heavy choker necklace, matching jhumkis, and a statement ring. A center-parted half-tied hairdo, red lip shade, kohl-lined eyes, darkened brows, blushed cheeks, a dewy base, and mascara-adorned lashes gave the finishing touch. Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor complemented his daughter in black baggy pants and a white bandhgala kurta featuring an abstract pattern. A trimmed beard, his signature moustache, and a backswept hairdo rounded it off.
