It was indeed a GALA night yesterday! The Day 2 of the grand opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai had one of the biggest stars around the globe. Everyone was seen in glitz and glamour during the event which banged the audience with powerhouse entertainment as the Bollywood celebrities took the stage to amaze with their dance performances. In one of the viral videos that surfaced on the internet, actor Varun Dhawan was seen lifting American supermodel Gigi Hadid in his arms and kissing her amid his performance.

During Varun’s dance performance, he led Gigi Hadid to the stage. He then lifted her, spun her around and gave a peck on her cheek and then brought her back to her feet.

After the videos of the event went viral, the netizens criticized his move. One of the fans said, “Varun Dhawan lifting Gigi Hadid is the most embarrassing thing on the internet today.” Another fan said, “Even gave her a peck on the cheek. Imagine Gigi kitni uncomfortable hogi.”

In addition to Varun’s performance, Bollywood’s King Khan, SRK also surprise the audience with his energetic performance of Jhoome Jo Pathaan. His performance ignited a current within the audience. Varun and Ranveer also joined the Pathaan on the stage.

Moreover, the ‘Desi Girl’ of the silver screen, Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh were beaming as they performed a song from their movie Dil Dhadakne Do. Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna and Alia Bhatt left the audience awestruck when they performed together on Naatu Naatu.
