Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has launched the 80-room Swirl Transit Hotel at Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA), offering passengers a convenient space to rest, refresh and work between flights.
Located on Terminal 1’s Arrivals Level, the two-floor hotel caters to travellers with long layovers, early departures, late arrivals and short-stay requirements. Guests can choose four-hour or overnight stays, with access to showers, dining and hotel services.
The hotel offers six room categories, spanning 130 to 410 sq ft, from Superior rooms to Junior and Executive Suites.
Rooms feature high-speed Wi-Fi, smart televisions, dedicated workstations, electronic safes, tea and coffee facilities, premium linen, toiletries and in-room dining.
Guests can access express laundry, concierge assistance, 24-hour housekeeping, pick-up and drop services and wake-up calls.
The property includes a 24-hour restaurant with seating for 40 guests, alongside round-the-clock in-room dining, grab-and-go options and a bar.
Suchit Bansal, CEO, Non-Aero Business, AAHL, said Swirl gives travellers greater flexibility to rest, work or refresh between flights. He added that AAHL plans to extend the concept across its airport network.
NMIA began commercial operations on December 25, 2025, and started international operations on July 29, 2026, with its first international flight to Abu Dhabi.
AAHL will next introduce Swirl at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati. The planned 21-room property in Terminal 2 will offer hourly and overnight stays, dining, workstations and meeting-friendly spaces.
The initiative forms part of AAHL’s strategy to expand non-aeronautical services across its airport network and strengthen passenger convenience.
