Marvel Studios has brought Avengers: Endgame back to cinemas worldwide today, September 25, as Avengers: Endgame Encore.

The special re-release adds new footage to the 2019 blockbuster and connects the conclusion of the Infinity Saga with the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.
The Encore edition has already generated strong interest in India through bookings.
Reports on September 24 put its advance gross at around Rs 13.23 crore, including blocked seats.
The film had collected approximately Rs 5.05 crore through opening-day bookings.
Maharashtra led the state-wise advance business, followed by Delhi and Karnataka.
The Encore cut runs for around 185 minutes, adding roughly four minutes to the original theatrical version.
Marvel has added a custom introduction, new scenes and a post-credits end tag.
IMAX and Infinity Vision screenings feature an additional Avengers: Doomsday sneak peek.
The new material reportedly features Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter, Loki at the TVA, and Bruce Banner confronting Doctor Doom.
The scenes explore multiversal events that help establish the story leading into Avengers: Doomsday.
Avengers: Endgame originally earned around $2.8 billion worldwide during its 2019 theatrical run, becoming one of the highest-grossing films in history.
With the Encore release, Marvel has returned its landmark superhero finale to the big screen and added new material that sets the stage for its next major Avengers chapter.
