Singer Armaan Malik attended the Gold House Gala in Los Angeles for the first time as a special guest. He appeared at the prestigious event alongside his wife, Aashna Shroff, at The Music Centre.
Armaan said participating in the gala allowed him to represent Indian music and culture among influential personalities from across the world.
“Being at the Gold Gala was such a special experience for me. To represent India and our music in a room filled with so many influential voices and creatives from around the world felt deeply meaningful. It’s amazing to see our music and culture continue to travel globally while still staying rooted in authenticity,” he stated.
The singer shared that the atmosphere at the event inspired him. He especially enjoyed interacting with artists and innovators from different fields.
Armaan also said meeting globally recognised personalities made the evening even more memorable.
“Including our very own Priyanka Chopra, whose journey I’ve genuinely admired and looked up to. Meeting someone like John Legend, whose artistry and musicality I deeply respect, was also a really memorable moment for me,” he asserted.
The gala followed the ‘Modern Gold’ theme, while the year’s concept revolved around the Year of the Fire Horse.
For the occasion, Armaan selected an outfit designed by Falguni Shane Peacock.
The singer explained that the detailing on the outfit symbolised qualities such as ambition, freedom and progress.
“For the gala, I wore Falguni & Shane Peacock, one of my favourite Indian designers. The horse detailing they incorporated into the bandhgala felt especially personal because it symbolises strength, freedom, ambition and forward movement,” he mentioned.
Armaan added that the theme tied beautifully into the energy of the Year of the Fire Horse. He said the look also reflected his current phase in life and creativity.
