Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday spoke with Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and enquired about his well-being following a recent surgery.

In a message shared on the social media platform X, the Prime Minister praised Kalyan’s courage and expressed confidence in his speedy recovery, while offering prayers for his full return to strength.

Pawan Kalyan thanked the Prime Minister for his kind words and support, stating that the encouragement and concern had given him strength during his recovery period.

According to the Jana Sena Party, Kalyan underwent surgery on Saturday evening after experiencing severe discomfort while reviewing official matters a day earlier.

Doctors conducted medical examinations, including an MRI, before recommending and performing the procedure.

Medical professionals have advised him to take rest for at least a week to ten days before resuming official duties, while also recommending continued precautions for complete recovery.

Although the party did not disclose specific details, sources indicated that the procedure was related to sinusitis and was carried out at a hospital in Hyderabad.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu also wished him a speedy recovery, expressing hope that he would return to full strength soon.

Governor S Abdul Nazeer extended his prayers for Kalyan’s quick recovery and well-being.

The messages from leaders reflect widespread concern and support, as well as confidence in his return to public duties in the coming days.
