The American technology firm Apple has revealed the barricade for its upcoming Apple Borivali store in Mumbai.
This outlet will become the company’s sixth retail location in India. It will also be its second store in Mumbai, highlighting its steady expansion in the market.
The Borivali store showcases the distinctive peacock-themed visual identity. This design was first introduced at Apple Hebbal in Bengaluru and Apple Koregaon Park in Pune in September 2025. It was later adopted at Apple Noida.
The aesthetic represents assurance, meticulous detail and creative expression. The store is scheduled to welcome customers from 1 PM on 26 February.
“Apple Borivali will serve a growing community of startups and businesses — offering a welcoming space where customers can explore Apple products, unlock creativity, and get expert support from Apple’s store team members,” said the company.
In addition, the outlet will host complimentary ‘Today at Apple’ sessions. These daily in-store programmes are led by Apple Creatives. They are designed to help participants develop new skills and make better use of their products.
Apple’s Chief Executive Officer, Tim Cook, recently noted, “We continued to gain momentum in emerging markets, which includes India, where we saw strong double-digit revenue growth.”
“In retail, we continue to bring a magical experience to our customers all around the world, and we were thrilled to have our best-ever results in retail during the quarter. We were excited to open our fifth store in India in December and have plans to open another store in Mumbai soon,” Cook added.
Market Performance in India
