Jio BlackRock Investment Advisers Private Limited has launched a new digital service called Personalised Investment Advice in India.
The move marks a major step in the country’s evolving wealth management landscape.
The initiative aims to encourage Indians to move beyond traditional savings and adopt informed, goal-oriented investing.
The company is a 50:50 joint venture between Jio Financial Services and global asset management firm BlackRock.
The service is live on the Jio Finance app and will soon launch on MyJio.
The advisory offering allows users to begin investing with as little as ₹10,000.
Each investor receives a customised investment strategy based on individual financial goals and risk tolerance.
The platform continuously monitors portfolios using advanced technology and recommends periodic rebalancing to align investments with changing market conditions.
To promote adoption, Jio BlackRock has made the service free for the first three months.
This trial period enables users to evaluate the platform without any financial commitment. After the trial period, the service charges an annual fee of ₹350.
For investors with assets under advisory exceeding ₹1 lakh, the company will levy an annual fee of 0.35 per cent.
Jio BlackRock said personalised investment advice has long remained limited to high-net-worth individuals. High costs and relationship-based models restricted wider access.
Democratising Wealth Creation
The new platform seeks to democratise this access for retail investors.
Isha M Ambani, Non-Executive Director at Jio Financial Services, said financial empowerment is essential to achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
She said the partnership combines Jio’s wide digital reach with BlackRock’s global investment expertise.
The collaboration aims to deliver world-class advisory solutions to millions of Indians.
BlackRock Chief Operating Officer Rob Goldstein said the platform would set a new benchmark in India’s investment advisory space.
He highlighted the integration of BlackRock’s Aladdin risk analytics platform with Jio’s digital infrastructure to offer institutional-grade insights at scale.
Mark Pilgrim, Chief Executive Officer of Jio BlackRock Investment Advisers, said India has made strong progress in financial inclusion.
He added that the country must now focus on wealth inclusion.
Pilgrim added that the platform aims to give every individual access to tools that support long-term financial security.
Market experts believe the service could redefine digital investing in India.
It enables small investors to access structured, transparent, and efficient investment guidance.
