Acharya Pramod Krishnam: Those Who Oppose Vande Mataram Are Terrorists; Speaks Openly On Kalkidham & Key Political Issues

Kalki Dham Peethadheeshwar Acharya Pramod Krishnam recently shared his views on a range of political and religious topics, including the Kalki Dham project, Ram Temple, Congress leadership, Election Commission, SIR, and his alleged association with the BJP.

In his candid remarks, Acharya Krishnam took strong aim at the Congress, labelling it a ‘party of servants’ and accusing Rahul Gandhi of showing fear towards the Muslim community while being insensitive to Hindu sentiments.

He further alleged that if Congress were to return to power, it might attempt to overturn the Supreme Court’s verdict on the Ram Temple.

Continuing his criticism, Acharya Krishnam claimed that under Rahul Gandhi’s leadership, the Congress was struggling to survive and had lost its direction.

He went so far as to remark that Rahul Gandhi was ‘popular in Pakistan’ and might even ‘win an election there’.

Turning to Priyanka Gandhi, he said she is treated ‘like a personal assistant’ within the party, reflecting her limited influence in Congress’s internal affairs.

These statements have stirred sharp reactions across political circles.

Kalki Dham: A Spiritual Vision

Amidst his political remarks, Acharya Krishnam also elaborated on his ambitious spiritual project, the Shri Kalki Dham.

He said it would be the world’s first temple complex featuring separate sanctums for all ten avatars of Lord Vishnu.

Constructed in the Nagara architectural style, the temple will use neither iron nor steel.

The formal construction is set to begin on 21 March 2025, symbolising a significant step in preserving India’s spiritual heritage.

He described Kalki Dham as a global centre for devotion, learning, and cultural revival that reflects the values of Sanatan Dharma.

When questioned about rumours of joining the BJP, Acharya Krishnam made it clear that he had no intention of joining any political party.

He maintained that his role is to speak the truth and work for the spiritual upliftment of society, not to seek political office.

He also shared his views on the Election Commission and other governance-related issues, but kept his main focus on political accountability and religious identity.

Following the interview, Acharya Krishnam reiterated his nationalist stance in a tweet, stating, “Anyone opposing ‘Vande Mataram’ can be a separatist, a terrorist, or an infiltrator—but not an Indian.”

Acharya Pramod Krishnam’s forthright comments have sparked widespread debate across political and religious spheres.

While his criticism of the Congress has drawn backlash from party supporters, many others have lauded his unapologetic nationalism and commitment to Hindu philosophy.

As preparations for Kalki Dham progress, Acharya Krishnam continues to position himself as a spiritual voice unafraid to question politics, blending faith and nationalism in India’s evolving socio-religious discourse.
