The Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, led the international messages with a post celebrating the festival’s universal values.

Singapore High Commission Marks the Occasion
The Singapore High Commission in India joined the celebration by posting festive pictures of its officials creating traditional rangoli with flowers and lighting lamps at the mission.
Moreover, the visual tribute reflected the shared cultural bonds between the two nations.
In its Diwali message on X, the High Commission wrote, “A very happy #Diwali to all! May this Diwali season illuminate your homes with happiness, peace, and prosperity. Best wishes from the Singapore High Commission.”

Iranian Embassy Sends Message of Friendship
Echoing the festive spirit, the Embassy of Iran in New Delhi also extended its greetings to the people and Government of India.
The mission further emphasised the role of Diwali in strengthening bilateral relations and promoting mutual goodwill.
“We extend our warmest greetings and best wishes to the people and Government of India on the joyous occasion of Diwali,” the embassy said in its post. “May this festival of lights bring peace, prosperity, and happiness to the people of India and strengthen the bonds of friendship between our two nations.”
