Manoj Tiwari expresses pride on social media
BJP MP and Bhojpuri actor-singer Manoj Tiwari took to social media to express his pride over the Prime Minister’s mention.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he wrote, “Today, during the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program, the Prime Minister mentioned the yoga event held in Sonia Vihar in my constituency. This is a proud moment for all of us.”

Yoga program held on International Yoga Day
On June 21, to mark International Yoga Day, a large-scale yoga session was organized along the Yamuna riverbank in Sonia Vihar.
Mayor Rekha Gupta, senior BJP leader Kapil Mishra, and other Delhi BJP leaders joined hundreds of residents and yoga enthusiasts in the event.
On Sunday, Manoj Tiwari joined residents of Booth No 245 in Jagatpur to listen to the live broadcast of ‘Mann Ki Baat’.
The event served as a community gathering and a moment to reflect on the Prime Minister’s words.
The program began with a floral tribute to Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee, founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh.
The organisers honoured Delhi BJP district president Dr RU Chaudhary for his contributions to the party and the community.
The occasion highlighted the strong connection between national leadership and grassroots participation in civic and cultural events.
