New Zealand has selected the uncapped batter ‘Bevon Jacobs‘ and experienced bowler Adam Milne for this T20I Tri-Series.
New Zealand is ready with their 15-strong squad for the upcoming T20I Tri-Series with South Africa and hosts, Zimbabwe.
Bevon Jacobs, a 23-year-old player, is the only uncapped member of the experienced tour party led by Mitch Santner. He is set to make his debut for the Black Caps.
This will be New Zealand’s first senior men’s white-ball tour of Zimbabwe since 2015.
They will face South Africa and Zimbabwe in a four-match T20I tri-series starting July 16 at Harare Sports Club.
On July 26th, two teams will progress to the finals.

Adam Milne, with 53 T20Is, last played in November and is now making a strong case for a return.
The fast bowler had a great debut with the TSK in the Major League Cricket tournament in the US.
Milne will strengthen the fast bowling with Jacob Duffy, and the trio of Matt Henry, Will O’Rourke, and Zak Foulkes.
Henry is ready to return after a shoulder injury kept him away from international cricket following the ICC Champions Trophy.
Henry was the tournament’s leading wicket-taker, helping propel the Black Caps to the finals.
