Speaking at the 33rd Annual General Meeting of Adani Enterprises Ltd, Chairman Gautam Adani declared that even in a year of global turbulence, the Group delivered record revenues, historic profits, and sector-leading innovations.
“We don’t just build businesses—we build India’s capabilities,” he asserted.
He also described the Group as a visionary force, capable of dreaming beyond constraints, backed by a nation brimming with potential.
“In FY25, across all our sectors, we created impact, inspired change, and deepened our national commitment,” he said.
Powering India’s growth
Adani Power reached a major milestone, generating over 100 billion units of electricity—a first in India’s private sector—and is on track to scale up to 31 GW by 2030.
Adani Green is further building the world’s largest renewable energy park in Khavda, Gujarat, with a target of 50 GW by 2030.
When combined with thermal and hydro capacities, Adani aims for a 100 GW total capacity by the end of the decade.
Adani Energy Solutions secured ₹44,000 crore in transmission orders and is executing ₹13,600 crore in smart metering projects, helping modernise India’s power grid.
Adani New Industries is expanding its solar module and electrolyser manufacturing, with a 10 GW integrated facility set to be operational by next year.
In the natural resources sector, the Group also produced 47 million tonnes of coal and iron ore and launched India’s first hydrogen-powered mining truck.
Adani Cement has already crossed 100 MTPA capacity, achieving 72% of its ambitious 140 MTPA target.
Ports, airports & logistics transformation
Adani Ports handled a record 450 million metric tonnes of cargo.
The Group is integrating marine, warehousing, and freight services under a unified logistics model, in alignment with the PM Gati Shakti Mission.
This aims to ease MSME exports and enhance global competitiveness.
Adani Airports experienced a significant surge, handling 94 million passengers in FY25.
The greenfield Navi Mumbai Airport, which completed its first test flight, is slated to open later this year, initially accommodating 20 million passengers and scaling to 90 million, capturing 35% of India’s airport traffic.
In the data centre sector, Adani has launched gigawatt-scale, renewable-powered campuses across states and partnered with global hyperscalers.
Adani Total Gas now serves one million PNG customers and operates 3,400 EV charging stations in 22 states.
Summing up the Group’s vision, Gautam Adani remarked, “This is real climate action, not just climate talk.”
His message resonated with one central idea: the Group’s ambitions are firmly tied to India’s transformation and global leadership.
