Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his heartfelt condolences over the passing of social worker and Padma Shri awardee, KV Rabiya.
Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister remembered Rabiya’s inspiring contributions to literacy and her courage in overcoming polio.
