On 21 April 2025, the Delhi Municipal Corporation Engineering Department Mazdoor Sangh (Regd) honoured Amit Kumar Sharma during a ceremony held in the Shahdara North area.
The Sangh congratulated Shri Amit Kumar Sharma (IRS) on his promotion and appointment to National Fertiliser Limited (NFL).
The event also recognised his remarkable service in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
Sharma attended the ceremony at C-12 Yamuna Vihar, Shahdara, Delhi-110053.
The Sangh welcomed him with a floral garland and extended warm wishes for his long life and future promotion to the post of Commissioner in the MCD.
Several dignitaries joined the celebration. These included Shri Mukesh Gehlot (Patron), Shri Anil Rohatgi (President), Shri Javed Khan (Director), Shri AP Ojha (Executive Engineer), Mr Ashwani Gautam (Assistant Engineer), Mr Rajiv Tyagi, Mr Kiran Pal Dhilor, Mr Anil Tank, Mr Ravi Goswami, Mr Mukesh Sharma, Mr Vinod Sood, Mr Neeraj Pal, Mr Dinesh Kumar, Mr Sunil Bedi, Mr Chandra Prakash, and Mr. Satish.
Staff from the maintenance department and several others also attended.
The participants praised the organisers for hosting the well-managed and respectful event.
